COVID-19PROGRAMMING UPDATE:

In accordance with state and federal guidelines,  EASD Community Engagement courses and Drop-In Play (soccer, basketball, pickleball, walking book club) are canceled through the end of April. The EAHS Fitness Center will also be closed to the public and staff.

Join certified personal trainer and instructor Amanda Cummins for Body Sculpt, a high repetition, low weight, strength, and cardio workout. This course is adaptable to all fitness levels. This session meets once a week for six weeks. Limit 10. Online Registration >>

TRX workoutIntro to TRX

This two week class, taught by Karen Bluhm, ACE-CPT, TRX Team Coach Level 3, will give you an opportunity to try out the TRX Suspension Trainer. You will experience and see for yourself how using the power of your own body weight and it's position to the anchor point will provide a complete total body strength training workout!
